Retail Key Holder

At Francesca’s, Key Holders are called Sales Leads. The successful Sales Lead candidate will have customer service experience, preferably in specialty retail. Sales Leads must have an interest in providing exceptional guest experience, creating compelling visual presentations, and supporting the Boutique Team Leader in day-to-day tasks. They must also possess a drive for success and the ability to motivate and encourage others on the team. Scheduling is flexible; however, candidates will need to be available to work some days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
