THE STORE LEAD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPORTING THE STORE MANAGER AND LEADERSHIP TEAM TO ACHIEVE ALL STORE GOALS AND INITIATIVES THROUGH DRIVING SALES, COACHING TALENT AND EXECUTING COMPANY INITIATIVES. IT IS CRITICAL THAT A STORE LEAD REPRESENTS THE BRAND, OPERATES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER, DEMONSTRATES EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DRIVES A CONSISTENT MESSAGE TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS.

Supporting the leadership team in driving the business through coaching sales associates and identifying external talent to contribute to a successful store team
Participates in the interviewing process, and provides feedback on candidates using core competencies
Fosters a positive work environment and provides direct, objective feedback in a timely manner to improve associate performance
Provides the appropriate level of feedback to sales associates on a daily basis and to the Store Manager during the annual performance review process. Models, encourages and demonstrates exceptional customer service behaviors while on the sales floor
